Using the online registration system is the preferred way to register for this tournament.

Please use the manual forms only if you cannot use the online system.

ALL payments must be received at Kim's Martial Arts PRIOR to the cutoff dates in order to ensure that your registration is valid.

The waiver form must be completed and delivered with the registration form along with your payment in order for your registration to be valid.
